Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Financial Services Support Agent to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in our Athens office. We are seeking individuals with a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of financial services. As an Italian Speaking Support Agent, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their financial inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on various financial products. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products and services.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about available financial offerings.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and product knowledge to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the financial services sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in Athens, balancing remote and in-office work.
