Italian speaking Roadside Assistance Agents needed - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Respond swiftly and professionally to calls for roadside assistance from customers.
- Provide clear and effective communication in Italian, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely and efficient assistance.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Maintain professionalism and composure during emergency situations.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or roadside assistance is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle pressure effectively.
- Experience with remote work environments is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and software applications.
