We are currently seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service representative for the Financial sector to join our client’s team in Athens, Greece. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance and possess excellent communication skills. As a key member of the customer service team, you will assist Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries, provide information about financial products and services, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your fluency in Italian will be crucial in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to financial products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Guide customers through the company's processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better assist clients.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
