Responsibilities:
  • Review and moderate online content to guarantee compliance with community and brand guidelines.
  • Engage with users through thoughtful and timely responses to comments and inquiries.
  • Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate content or behaviors in accordance with community rules.
  • Monitor and analyze community interactions to help cultivate a positive and engaging online environment.
  • Keep updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence in moderation efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance moderation practices and community management strategies.
  • Provide insightful feedback regarding user behavior and content trends to improve the community experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of social media platforms with practical experience in content moderation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to evaluate various types of content.
  • Professional in handling sensitive content and managing user interactions.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or related roles is preferred.
  • Willingness to fully relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new working environment.
