Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers experiencing roadside assistance issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of technical problems related to vehicle assistance.
- Provide clear guidance and support to customers in distress, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with roadside assistance teams to coordinate timely and efficient service delivery.
- Identify common issues and provide feedback to improve service processes and customer communication.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work and office presence.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is advantageous.
