German speaking Techincal support for Electronics company - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of issues related to electronic products.
- Offer clear, step-by-step instructions to customers facing technical difficulties.
- Document customer interactions and solutions comprehensively in the support system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve support processes and share insights.
- Identify common customer issues and work with teams to address them effectively.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or a relevant IT role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Able to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Passion for technology and a dedication to helping customers are essential.
