We are currently on the lookout for a German Speaking Customer Service representative for renowned automotive brands to work remotely from Greece. In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, providing detailed product information, and resolving any issues they may encounter with our clients' automotive products. Your fluency in German will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive personalized and comprehensive support. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a professional manner.
  • Guide customers through product features, benefits, and usage instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry and product knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a remote team.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
