We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Service representative for a notes taking application to join a remote team in Greece. In this position, you will assist German-speaking users by providing support and guidance regarding the features, functionalities, and troubleshooting of our notes taking application. Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service support through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist users with inquiries related to the features and functions of the notes taking application.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Guide customers through technical troubleshooting and offer usage tips.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the development team to relay customer feedback and improve the application.
  • Stay updated on the latest application features and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Interest in technology and productivity applications is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
