Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat in German.
- Assist clients with inquiries about financial products, services, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure the accurate communication of company policies and regulatory information.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of financial products and services is advantageous.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
