Responsibilities:
- Moderate user-generated content to ensure all posts adhere to community guidelines and standards.
- Engage directly with users by addressing comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or behavior that violates community policies.
- Analyze user interactions to gather insights, contributing to enhanced community engagement strategies.
- Stay informed about brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all moderation efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and develop effective moderation processes.
- Provide feedback and insights on user trends and content performance to improve the overall user experience.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of content moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills to assess content effectively.
- Professionalism in managing sensitive topics and providing constructive feedback.
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
- Able to work in Athens, Greece, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
