What your day will look like....

Your day will be a blend of hands-on clinical work and leadership within a supportive team. You'll manage a caseload of residents, assessing their needs, designing tailored interventions, and providing ongoing care to optimize their daily living skills and independence. Collaborating closely with families, carers, and the multidisciplinary team, you'll ensure residents receive holistic, high-quality care. You'll also contribute to service improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced staff, helping to shape the future of occupational therapy services. The variety in this role ensures that every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in your care.
