Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive - Vietnam Market at Blue Sky Education in Hanoi. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, graphic design, and marketing activities to promote our skill-based programs and reach prospective students.
Branding and Strategy Development for Vietnam Market

• Develop and implement branding guidelines and digital / offline marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance online / offline presence and performance

Digital Marketing for Vietnam Market

• Create, plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote programmes and services
• Develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms such as social media, websites and email campaigns
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content posting, engagement and community building in Vietnamese
• SEO, SEM and website management

Design and Production for Global Market

• Lead the design and production of various in-house marketing materials, including but not limited to student handbooks, posters, brochures, flyers, event invitations, backdrops, standees, t-shirts for students and stuffs, and standees.
• Video editing for programmes and camp highlights.
• Conceptualise key visual and marketing collateral, ensuring designs are production-ready and meet brand standards
• Develop and design layout advertisements, including copy and images

Event Coordination for Vietnam Market

• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute company events, handling logistics, designing invitations, door gifts, decorations, managing venue liaison and sponsorships, and drafting emcee scripts
• Photos and videos taking during events for marketing usage

Project Management for Vietnam Market

• Ensure that website and marketing collateral adhere to branding guidelines
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets

Communication for Vietnam Market

• Handle internal and external communications, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries

Pay: 10,000,000₫ - 12,000,000₫ per month
