We are seeking a skilled and talented IT Analyst to join our IT team in Vietnam. This position requires strong knowledge and experience with corporate IT systems, Google Workspace, Office 365, MDM Platforms, firewalls, and network support.

Job purpose
We are seeking a skilled and talented IT Analyst to join our IT team in Vietnam. This position requires strong knowledge and experience with corporate IT systems, Google Workspace, Office 365, MDM Platforms, firewalls, and network support.
Duties and responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain applications, and security updates on end user devices
- Administer and support Google Workspace, user accounts, mailboxes, groups and organizational units.
- Configure and maintain Google Workspace security settings and policies.
- Support and troubleshoot any issues with Google Workspace apps, Gmail, g Drive, Calendars, g Docs.
- Administer and support Office 365 applications - Exchange, Share Point, One Drive & Teams
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various Saa S applications
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users experiencing issues with Zoom video conferencing and Ring Central communication tools.
- Deploy and set up Zoom Rooms, Ring Central accounts and other conferencing hardware and peripherals.
- Monitor Zoom Rooms performance, implement regular updates and ensure system uptime
- Stay up to date with the latest updates, and security enhancements released by OS systems, Saa S applications, and implement upgrades as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT Policies
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT System management and Administration
- Proficiency with Windows OS, MAC OS, Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in administration and support of Google Workspace
- Familiar with device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf
- Proficient in administering Zoom and Ring Central platforms, including user management, permissions, and integrations
- Familiarity with Windows Servers & Active Directory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Experience with LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP protocols, Radius
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is desirable
- Positive, can-do attitude and teamwork
