What You’ll Do
· Sale mindset and Never Give up Hand all of job of function
· Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
· Arrange interviews for clients & candidates
· Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties
· Assist client with job placement
· Ensure self-target and team targets are achieved
· Build and maintain a good relationship with candidates for marketing insight.
· Utilize the relationship and ensure trust from clients and candidates
· Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database
· Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques, business development, etc.
What You Need
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good in English, computer literacy
· Customer service orientated
· Able to work independently, with a high sense of responsibility
· Able to work well under pressure and meet targets & deadlines
· At least from 6 months of working experience in headhunting field.
