Responsibilities

• Supporting the Consultant team by creating profiles from scraped data, recruiters, current jobs, or new target positions

• Sourcing quality candidates to meet hiring needs in a timely manner

• Reaching out to candidates to interest them in opportunities and obtaining their latest CVs

• Executing the sourcing/screening process efficiently and maintaining an organized candidate pool

Qualifications

• 3rd, and 4th students from Human Resourcing Management, and any Business/Economics major, with passion and strong willingness to grow in the Human Resources industry.

• Strong communication skills, confidence. Good English communication is a plus.

• Comfortable in a startup environment and adaptable to change.

• Personal laptop required.
