Job Brief
- As a Power Platform Developer, you will leverage Microsoft’s Power Platform to design, develop, and implement custom applications, automated workflows, and data integrations. This role focuses on using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the Dataverse to enable efficient solutions for business challenges and optimize organizational processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of new tools.
Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Build custom applications using Power Apps to meet business needs, ensuring responsive, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Automation & Integration: Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate, connecting diverse data sources and streamlining operational processes.
- Data Visualization: Create reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI to provide actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Database Management: Utilize Dataverse for data storage, integration, and model-driven app development, ensuring high data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, create prototypes, and validate solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability, usability, and performance standards for all applications and automations.
- Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for applications, workflows, and reports, and provide training to users and administrators as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with a strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles.
- Programming Skills: Knowledge of Power FX, JSON, and Azure Functions is a plus.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to translate complex requirements into efficient and scalable solutions.
- Data Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating Power Platform tools with other data sources, such as Share Point, SQL Server, and other cloud services.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Enthusiasm for learning new tools, staying updated on Power Platform updates, and applying best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing applications, workflows, and reports on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Previous experience in building enterprise-level applications and working within Agile project teams is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer, are a plus.
- Good English for 4 skills.
