Key Tasks
- Review of design
- Supervising: Checking the quality management procedures, design quality management procedures and supervising, acceptance of electrical systems in areas and equipments
as Boiler - Turbine - Generator - Main transformer - Transformer Self-use - 500k V electrical connection
- Supervise and accept electrical systems for BOP equipment areas
- Supervising commissioning activities
+ Review the test and operation procedures and check the implementation of Pre-commissioning. This work is carried out starting from the time of power receiving including:
- Review testing procedures and supervise the operation of main equipment systems in the boiler and turbine areas.
- Review the testing procedures and supervise all equipments and some main equipments of the BOP.
- Check system interlock.
- Supervise and check all testing of systems and equipment in the main power block (Boiler - Turbine). Checking testing conditions, checking the responsiveness of measuring equipment, checking sampling work, analyzing and evaluating the results of testing. Evaluate testing results against contract requirements.
- Check the testing of BOP equipment system
Requirements:
- Participated and completed at least 1 EPC contract for a coal-fired thermal power plant project (SC or USC boiler) as at role of a design verification
- Having implemented EPC contract for coal power plant project at role of lead supervision consultant / site manager / supervision consultant
