BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch Gmb H.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job Description
Are you a highly talented Senior Out Systems Developer looking for a challenging opportunity to join Out Systems Workflow platform team? We are seeking for a candidate with a strong technical background in Out Systems, good product mindset to join our global product team.
As a Senior Out Systems Developer at Bosch, you are responsible for the development and maintenance of mobile and web-based applications assigned and ensure that the applications are in working well, supporting both internal and external stakeholders in any errors or bugs in the applications.
Your main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Out Systems, with integration of previous experience in Java or .NET.
• Lead the architecture, development, and optimization of both web and mobile applications, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the stack.
• Develop and maintain complex business logic, custom UI components, and database layers, using relational and non-relational databases like SQL, No SQL, Mongo DB, and Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Dev Ops) to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure seamless integration across front-end, back-end, and databases.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application errors, ensuring high availability and performance for users.
• Participate in agile teams, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.
• Define and optimize data models, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance across SQL and No SQL databases.
• Implement REST and SOAP APIs, as well as other third-party integrations, to support the full functionality of applications.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and application security.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends in Out Systems, full-stack development, and database management, recommending new tools and methodologies to enhance the development process.

Qualifications

• B.E in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field
• 5+ years of experience in Outsystems developement. Certified Out Systems (Traditional/ Reactive) are preferred
• Experience in lean architect and domain driven design
• Experience in back-end & workflow core platform development
• Knowledgeable in common web-based languages (Java Script, CSS)
• Proficient in one of the Database languages (MSSQL, Oracle etc.)
• Knowledgeable in web services (REST and SOAP)
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English
