• Ability how to read, analyze and understand all details, notes & information on a landscape construction field that is provided in drawings & specifications.
• Perform quantity take-off, tasks by counting number and measuring objects on drawings.
• Provide cost and profit estimate of construction projects with precise quantity.
• Coordinate with team members to accomplish assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduated from College/ University, accept new freshers

• Must be able to speak, write and understand fluently English, IELTS 5.5 or above

• Basic Math and Computer skills is required

• Ability to multi-tasks, team work

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel..)

• Able to work well under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
