We are searching for a passionate project manager to work with our in-house creative team on branding and communication. Being one of the biggest nutrition brands in Vietnam and in SEA, Vinamilk believes that innovation and creativity is the core of our existence. We are building an in-house creative team within the strategy and innovation office to turbocharge our brands and fuel our speed of new product launches.

As our Creative Project Manager, you will get a chance to collaborate with the best minds in creative, arts, branding and digital to build products, campaigns and customer experience that challenge the norms and elevate the life of millions of Vietnamese. The creative works of your scope will vary greatly from online to offline, traditional to digital, very big budget to very small budget, very mass users to very niche users.

1. Main Responsibilities

• Project Management

Work closely with our in-house creative team (CD & AD) and external parties (production house, KOLs, KOCs etc.) to manage the resources, timeline and deliverables of our creative campaign, ensuring that our campaigns are on time, in full and of the highest quality.

• Stakeholder Management

Liaise with our cross functional teams and manage the expectation of stakeholders to define one common goal for our creative asset.

Help the creative team filter relevant inputs and stay on track throughout the creative process.

Constantly engage and communicate on-going progress across relevant parties within the organisation.

• Creative Feed

Break down the learning from previous campaigns and update the creative team with new trends and technology to make continuous improvement.

Have a process and tools to gather relevant information and insights to feed our creative processes (business information, market landscape, consumer’s behaviour and understanding, etc.)

• Creative Partner Sourcing

Source out the best creative partners, map out their expertise and develop on-going relationships to maximise our creative capacity and effectiveness.

2. Basic Qualifications

• Have relevant experiences in creative development, product development, branding works, customer experience and engagement (at least 8 years)

• Passionate for communication and creativity. You understand both the hassle and the beauty of the creative process

• Strong in project management, resourceful and flexible. Have eyes for details

• Think logically and have a structured approach to navigate complicated matters and network

• Be a good problem solver

• Have an excellent communication skill and a win-win mindset

• Fluency in English
