Position: M&A Data Analyst (Remote Part-time)
Functional AI Partners Pte Ltd is seeking a talented M&A Data Analyst to join our innovative AI-driven project focusing on corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and due diligence in Asia. We are a Singapore-based company (www.fun-ai.io) with a diverse team spanning Singapore, Vietnam, and other remote locations.
This is a unique opportunity for professionals with corporate finance backgrounds, strong analytical skills, and a passion for M&A and data-driven insights to contribute to an exciting project shaping the future of financial data analysis.
What You'll Do:

• Analyze M&A data: Review daily auto-generated data for accuracy, trends, and actionable insights (weekly task)
• Deliver user-centric reports: Create summaries and reports highlighting key findings with a focus on market dynamics and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the team: Actively participate in discussions to enhance processes and provide unique perspectives after utilizing the given dataset.
• Support project goals: Contribute to improving data formats and usability for better user experience.

Project Details:

• Duration: 1-month part-time project with weekly progress updates.
• Time Commitment: Approximately 5–6 hours per week (3 hours for data review and 2–3 hours for deliverables).

Qualifications:

• Background in corporate finance, M&A, or due diligence is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
