1/ Key Accountabilities:

3/ Working Location: DHL Global Forwarding (Vietnam) Corporation - Head Office - 11th Floor, e Town2 Building, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh City, Vietnam
- Maintain Vietnamese customer master data
- Get customer feedback on DHL service then summarize all details into the internal system
- Do report, analyze the results then advise to Departments monthly
- Ensure customer's information is aligned between MDM, CW1 and their request
- Take note quickly and correctly customer's recommendations in call
2/ Requirements:
- Junior or Senior student can work AT LEAST full 4 days per week (prefer candidate can work 5 days per week) during 6 months (COMPULSORY)
- Good at English communication
- Good at MS Office
- Background with Economics, Logistics and Analytics is preferable
- Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
- Ability to quickly negotiate with customer in a short call
