General Requirements
- Knowledge of technology best practices for building a modern automated Dev Ops platform.
- Good understanding of technologies and experience in building a highly scalable and fault tolerant system.
- Self-starter, capable of working without direction and able to deliver projects from scratch.
- Proficiency in the development (Java/Scala/Kotlin, Python, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3) and Strong scripting skills.
- Dev Ops toolchain experience (Git Hub, Circle CI, Artifactory, Sonar Qube).
- CICD tools hands-on experience (Spinnaker, Ansible, Chef).
- Cloud computing deployment and management experience (AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure) via Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Pulumi).
- Container management and container orchestration experience – Docker, Kubernetes.
- Monitoring tools Elastic Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and TCP/IP Subnet.
- Strong understanding and practice Agile/Lean projects SCRUM, KANBAN etc.
- Practical knowledge with Git flow, Trunk and Git Hub flow branching strategies.
- Strong English communication skills. Desirable
- Distributed system knowledge applicable to a microservice architecture.
- Breadth of knowledge – operating systems, networking, distributed computing, cloud computing.
- Certified in cloud computing (professional levels: Solution architect, Dev Ops engineer, Security, Network)
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (Ia C) using tools like Cloud Formation or Terraform.
- Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and cost-efficiency of AWS resources.
- Automate manual tasks and streamline operational processes using scripting or configuration management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on cloud solutions.
- Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ensure smooth integration of development, testing, and deployment processes in cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in cloud infrastructure.
- Stay updated with emerging AWS services, features, and best practices, and recommend their adoption.
- Document infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures.

- Strong experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Ia C) using Cloud Formation, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Watch.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python or Power Shell for automation.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and best practices in AWS.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of security practices and experience in implementing security controls in AWS.
- Experience with Dev Ops practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions.
Nice to have:
- Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer).
- Experience with serverless computing using AWS Lambda or similar services.
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
- Experience with monitoring and log management tools like Cloud Watch, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
- Understanding of database technologies in AWS, such as Amazon RDS or Amazon Dynamo DB.
Soft and Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Base Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
