We are looking for a motivated and bilingual After-Sales Service Hotliner to join our team in Vietnam and support the growth of Kit View, a leading software for orthodontists, exclusively distributed by Smilesoft Systems.
Your Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Handle recurring software issues and provide troubleshooting assistance over the phone.
• Installations: Carry out Kit View software installations at client locations.
• Training: Train users on how to effectively use the software.
• Technical Leadership: Eventually become the technical point of reference and operations manager in Vietnam.

Candidate Profile:

• Bilingual French/Vietnamese: Fluent in both French and Vietnamese, ideally with dual nationality. This is essential to bridge cultural gaps and facilitate effective communication !
• Autonomy and Independence: Able to work independently with a strong sense of initiative.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with new technologies and eager to learn the specifics of Kit View.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service skills and attentive to user needs.
