What You’ll Do:

• Serve with a Smile: Greet and engage with guests warmly, ensuring they have an amazing dining experience from start to finish.
• Take Orders with Care: Efficiently and accurately take orders while offering suggestions on our delicious, organic menu items.
• Deliver & Delight: Serve food and beverages promptly with professionalism, making sure every detail is perfect.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with the kitchen, hosts, and fellow servers to provide a seamless, exceptional dining experience.
• Handle Payments: Process transactions smoothly and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

• Friendly & Outgoing: You have a positive attitude, love interacting with guests, and make everyone feel welcome.
• Organized & Efficient: You can juggle multiple tasks while staying calm and focused in a busy environment.
• Bilingual Bonus: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly valued.
• Service-Oriented: You take pride in providing exceptional service and going the extra mile for guests.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Non-Slip Shoes: Required for safety in our fast-paced bar environment (please note they are not provided by the company).

Physical Requirements:

• Strength & Mobility: Capable of handling and moving objects up to 120 pounds.
• Endurance: Able to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining focus and energy.
• Precision & Dexterity: Skilled in fine and gross motor tasks for handling service tools and tasks.
• Balance & Stability: Maintain balance while performing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Comfortable bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, and moving fluidly.
• Environmental Adaptability: Work in various temperature conditions, from hot to cool, and handle cleaning agents.
• Clear Communication: Effectively convey instructions and communicate in a busy environment.
• Vision & Hearing: Maintain visual accuracy and hear/respond in noisy surroundings.
