Location
Our headquarters is in Brentwood, TN (Maryland Farms), fifteen minutes south of downtown Nashville. Our team is in the office Monday through Friday. Based on performance, you will have the option to work remotely instead of in the office on Friday. We feel that this creates the best of both worlds with culture and flexibility.
What You’ll Be Working On
The Role of a Recruiting Specialist will consist of researching various markets to identify companies and resourcing candidates for specific roles. This role will identify and build a robust talent pipeline using platforms, social media, cold calling, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to resource candidates for specific roles. This will include intensive research into the healthcare, legal, and education markets we serve, market mapping companies within the industry, generating candidates for roles we have registered with us, headhunting viable candidates for the roles, promoting job opportunities, and building and nurturing relationships with candidates while continually striving towards set goals and targets.
Typically, you’ll be carrying out these types of duties every day:
- Source and select candidates for healthcare, legal, and education vacancies using the Internet and telephone
- Head hunt and approach candidates directly for recruiting requirements over the telephone via cold calling
- Post jobs on the Company website and other job portals to attract applicants
- Network with existing industry contacts/candidates to source candidates for specific jobs to include healthcare, legal, and education opportunities
- Identify skills required to match candidates appropriately to live vacancies
- Find vacancy leads to convert into money-making opportunities through social media/competitor awareness and networking activities
- Profile/interview candidates for specific jobs
- Book candidates in for interviews with Recruiters and Clients
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics of interviews, etc.
- Updating & maintaining the database with candidate and client details
- Administrative duties include interview confirmation letters, CV formatting, email management, etc.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated experience

- Process-driven personality with strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communicator and confident demeanor
- Adept at using the internet, search engines, and social media. You are resourceful and love to research, Google is your best friend
- A professional who is committed to honesty, integrity, and being a great team player
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, is a must
- A sparkling personality with a real flair for working with people and strong interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude is essential to join our motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic team
- Must love dogs and be comfortable working in an environment where they are present
- Travel overnight up to 20% of the time to attend conferences and events

- Base Pay starts at $45,000+ depending on experience with on-target year 1 earnings of $50,000+ based on performance
