Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves collaborating with various departments to implement and maintain quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485 and CGMP standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and internal quality assurance protocols.
- Analyze production processes and quality control data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate solutions that enhance product quality and reliability.
- Manage projects related to quality improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings from audits, and recommendations for enhancements.
- Train staff on quality assurance practices, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, HACCP, CGMP regulations, and their application in manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in analyzing data related to quality control (QA/QC) processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
