What You'll Do:

• Be a Matchmaker: You'll help match clients with their dream properties, whether it's their first home, a luxury condo, or a stylish apartment.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License: You must hold a valid New York real estate license or be in the process of obtaining one.

Responsibilities:- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices- Create and maintain listings of available properties- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and changes in real estate law
Experience- Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations- Excellent organizational and administrative skills- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
