Director of Admissions/Intake
The Director of Admissions and Intake assures the smooth and orderly functioning of the Admissions & Intake Department. This position coordinates efforts between the Clinical Staff, Utilization Review, and the patient to assure a smooth and problem free transition for the patient into the treatment program. The Director is responsible for:

• the patient intake and admission processes; implementing, completing, monitoring, and evaluating.
• patient intake calls.
• patient admissions.
• providing information to individuals, agencies, facilities and staff requesting potential admissions.
• developing/maintaining relationships with ongoing referral sources to recommend alternate treatment sources when appropriate.
• collecting and reporting intake/admissions data.
• overall efficiency and quality of the patient intake/admissions experience and process.

Job Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience in behavioral health, preferred.
• Experience with chemical dependency programs, mental health programs, situational evaluations, and crisis intervention, preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in a leadership role overseeing systems and processes, preferred.
• Licensure: RN
