Position Overview
As the Operations Manager at our Novi branch, you'll drive growth, profitability, and high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Oversee parts and service departments, lead a skilled team, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that each customer interaction reflects Southeastern's values, from the sale to the service lifecycle.
- Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, meeting quality and efficiency standards to keep the branch running smoothly.
- Sales & Profit Goals: Set and achieve branch-specific KPIs for sales growth and profit, ensuring our Dublin location continues to excel.
- Training & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to support their professional growth and maintain high team morale.
- Facility Management: Maintain a safe, well-organized environment that complies with OSHA and EPA standards.
- Experience: Dealership experience in AG, Construction, Heavy Trucking, or Automotive
- Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, and financial acumen
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (BA/BS preferred)

Please keep in mind that the posted pay range represents the range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual hourly/salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location, certifications, and skill development and potential bonuses.
