The SOQ must be typed, titled “Statement of Qualifications,” and each response must be numbered and list all relevant experience, education, and training, including places of employment, dates, and duties performed. The SOQ must not exceed two pages in length and must not have font smaller than 11-point.

• Describe your experience using a specific workload management tool to manage project intake and track project progress.
• Describe your experience with using data to measure project effectiveness, explaining your knowledge of metrics gathering and reporting.
• Describe your experience training a colleague how to complete a process or procedure.
