We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Supervisor to join our team at The Britannia International Hotel, one of the first hotels to be built in the iconic Canary Wharf. Your duties will include:

• Manage the nights team in the absence of the nights manager
• Ensure the team are aware of the business and events within the hotel
• Make sure that the public areas are cleaned, and any events are prepared
• Be responsible for regular security walks and floor checks
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests
• Ensure an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty

This position is suitable for an experienced Night Supervisor or Night Receptionist who is looking for a management position. The ideal candidate will have experience in Opera cloud, but this is not essential.
