Job Summary
We our an independent laser clinic and VTCT training academy who offer laser hair removal, tattoo removal and various laser and IPL skin treatments to our clients.
We are looking for a permanent part-time Massage Therapist to join our team 1 day a week/8 hour every Saturday, although additional hours may become available. Experience of previous massage techniques is preferrred.
Level 2 & 3 massage qualifications or experience are desirable, but not necessarily needed if you are the right person.
In-house training and support will be given, and the option of adding on additional aesthetic treatments to the clients during your working shift will be offered in the future.

Duties

• Provide a range of massage therapies tailored to client needs (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy).
• Conduct consultations to understand client goals and preferences.
• Maintain a clean, relaxing treatment environment.
• Keep accurate client records and contribute to a positive clinic experience
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on client goals and safety protocols.
• Maintain Professional Standards
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with industry regulations.
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned, maintained, and used correctly.
• Deliver Outstanding Client Care
• Create a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.
• Provide aftercare advice and support to maximize treatment results.
• Administrative and Organisational Duties
• Manage client bookings and update treatment records accurately.
• Support the team with daily clinic operations, including stock management.
• Stay updated on new treatments, techniques, and industry advancements.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Assist in promoting clinic services and maintaining a positive brand image
• Professionalism, attention to detail, client-focused approach, and a passion for helping others feel their best.

Qualifications
Our new therapist must be friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated and love working with other people.
Level 2 & 3 beauty/massage qualifications or experience are desirable.
You must have excellent customer service skills, go above and beyond and have a natural confidence when interacting with clients and other members of our team.
The ideal candidate would need to be reliable and dedicated to working to the highest standard.
