4 x Plumbing Subcontractor wanted for 10 months project - Project starts 27th January
work in the following postcode RG1 2EG
Refurbishment project - 150no. new apartments, domestic services pipework, above ground drainage, internal rainwaters and sanitaryware installations.
The subcontractor must be proficient in the installation of the following:
- Solvent weld soil and drainage
- Xpress fittings with copper pipework
- U profile Press Uponor fitting and pipe
- installation of unvented cylinders
- installation of sanitaryware
Requirements
The subcontractor must have a CSCS card and be capable of working on their own and as part of a team.
NVQ2 or equivalent qualifications.
Experience working in large co-living apartment project, or student accommodation preferred
Own hand and battery tools.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: From £25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
