Job Summary:
The Senior QA/QC Engineer will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across high-rise construction projects
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans tailored to high-rise construction.
Review and approve project-specific quality documentation, including method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and risk assessments.
Monitor all phases of construction to ensure proper materials and techniques are utilized.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, testing reports, and corrective actions.
Supervise material testing and ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
Identify and rectify any quality deviations promptly to prevent project delays.
Lead a team of QA/QC inspectors and engineers
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in high-rise construction.
• Proficiency in handling quality aspects for structural, MEP, and finishing works.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
