Job Description:
Al Kamalia Building Contracting LLC, an established and reputable building contracting company based in Dubai since 2021, is looking for a Fit-Out Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. As a Fit-Out Engineer, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, are completed on time, and comply with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the planning and execution of fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Help ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and fit-out standards.
• Assist with on-site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Support the preparation of project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that all necessary licenses and approvals, including G+1 DM approval, are obtained and maintained.
• Monitor on-site work to ensure safety standards and quality control procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues.
• Help maintain records of project progress, materials, and financials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in fit-out engineering or construction in the UAE.
• Must have a G+1 DM-approved license for construction work in Dubai.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, construction codes, and fit-out industry standards.
• Proficient in using MS Office and project management software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
