Job description
We, Fordrough Building Contracting LLC are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site.
Position : CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR
Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
· Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
· Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
· Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
· Report project progress and any significant issues to the project manager and Site Engineer.
· Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
· Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry (minimum 4-5 years).
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Language - English, Hindi.
Good Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
