We, Fordrough Building Contracting LLC are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team and manage all public relations and governmental procedures.
Position : PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO)
Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for handling all government related documentation and liaising with various governmental departments. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company’s operations comply with all UAE laws and regulations, manage employee visas and permits, and maintain positive relationships with governmental entities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure to compliance with UAE Labor laws and governmental regulations.
· Coordinate with government authorities regarding new laws and regulations.
· Process and handle all visa, labor and immigration formalities.
· Submit, follow-up, and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.
· Facilitate the renewal of visas, medicals, Emirates ID, and labor contracts.
· Handle company registration and renewals, Trade licenses, establishment card, and other legal documentation.
· Maintain and update employee records related to government regulations and requirements.
· Provide support and guidance to employees on government-related procedures and requirements.
· Manage and oversee all government related activities.
Qualification & Requirements:
Require Immediate Joiners.
Minimum of [4] years experience in UAE.
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
Language – Arabic(preferred), English, Hindi.
