About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on providing maintenance services and after-sales support to ensure our customers' machinery is operating at optimal levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
What You’ll Do:

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide timely and efficient after-sales support to customers, addressing their technical concerns.
• Conduct on-site installations and provide training to customers on proper machinery usage.
• Diagnose issues and provide practical solutions for repairs and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of service reports, spare parts, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and after-sales support, ideally in the machinery or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
