About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and be capable of creating effective social media strategies to engage with our target audience.
What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create and manage content across multiple platforms (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, etc.).
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum reach.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with business goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.

What We Need:

• Minimum 2 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in the plastic manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
