Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves directly assisting clients and reporting to the assigned manager for guidance and task allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally through calls, emails, or chat.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining service quality.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and processes.

Communication:

• Maintain timely and professional communication with customers.
• Relay customer feedback and concerns to the manager for resolution.
• Update customers on any service changes, updates, or relevant project-related details.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer issues and resolutions, as requested by the manager.

Customer Engagement:

• Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
• Assist customers in navigating processes or systems relevant to their needs.

Collaboration:

• Follow instructions and tasks assigned by the manager.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in customer support and call center or a similar role.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer support tools.
