Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Coordinator at ALWAN in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Call Coordinator will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, providing information about available cars, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
