Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for Risk Insurance Coordinator Zone Europe and Insurance Manager for Ukraine.


A day in the life of...

• Coordinate European insurance renewals (e.g. Construction, motor, employee benefits)
• Direct management of Ukraine insurance policies (Property, Liability, Marine, Medical, Life, Accidents)
• Provide support reviewing risk transfer clauses in contracts
• Insurance claims coordination
• Follow up with sites to ensure risk improvement actions are implemented and loss prevention grading is kept up to date
• Support achievement of Business Continuity Targets across European Sites
• Keep up to date on European sites’ risk profile and be the main point of contact for insurance-related communication (including premium budgets, review of sums insured, follow-up on premium payments and certificate issuance)

What will make you successful

• Fluent English (additional European languages an asset)
• Familiarity with financials (works on big excel files and at ease preparing financial business cases)
• Good communicator and team worker
• Previous Experience in insurance or experience in project management with interest in insurance
• Detailed and organized
• Proactive and analytic problemsolver
