PE Accountant /Middle Accountant for legal entity

Responsibilities:

- Onboarding of individual entrepreneurs (PE), PEs registration
- Closure of PEs in line with the established process
- Calculation of PEs taxes and submission of reports to tax authorities
- Preparation of PEs tax payments and monitoring the payment of taxes
- Preparation and transfer of PE-related documents
- Maintain and consolidate the company's accounting books in accordance with the law and local legislation
- Execute tax accounting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
- Preparation and submission of mandatory reporting: tax, financial, statistical, etc.
- Control over the correctness of primary documents, their accurate and timely reflection in the accounting records
- Preparation of advance reports, closing of accounting periods
- To be part of company projects, monitor and update on changes in the legislation of Ukraine
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement best practices
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of of legal entities accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant managing individual entrepreneurs (PE)
- Knowledge of national standards, tax regulations, and other accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting tools (1C BAS, Artzvit, electronic cabinet, client-banks, Excel)
- Experience working with the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and the Diia service
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong attention to details and ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others at all levels of the organization
- Upper intermediate level of written and spoken English
