What You Will Do:
As our Videographer/Photographer, you will:

• Capture and craft visually compelling stories, working closely with our renowned Dental Team to produce high-quality photographs and videos that reflect the precision and art of our work.

• Utilize your technical expertise to select the appropriate equipment for each project, ensuring every detail is vividly captured.

• Maintain, calibrate, and handle a variety of technical equipment, including cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props, ensuring everything operates flawlessly.

• Engage in thorough post-production work, from editing to adding final touches like closed captioning and graphics, transforming raw footage into polished, professional narratives.

• Conduct interviews and stitch together film clips to create cohesive and engaging stories that resonate with our audience and showcase our clinic's excellence.

• Work in a high-paced environment, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

Who You Are:

• A creative visionary with exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Energetic and determined, with the patience to capture the perfect shot, even if it means waiting for the right moment.

• Technically proficient in operating and maintaining a range of production equipment.

• Proficient in using tape editing software and familiar with a variety of post-production techniques.

• Able to work across various digital platforms, bringing expertise in software used for film editing and finishing.

• A passionate professional who is all about getting the perfect shot, demonstrating flexibility, good listening skills, and the ability to work under deadline pressure.

Qualifications and Skills You Bring:

• Educational Background: A degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is highly preferred. Equivalent experience in videography and photography will also be considered.

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in videography, photography, and editing, ideally in a corporate setting. A portfolio that showcases your ability to tell compelling visual stories.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in video and audio equipment. You should be adept at setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting cameras, lights, and microphones. Familiarity with modern editing software and post-production techniques is a must.

• Creative Eye: A strong creative vision with an exceptional eye for detail. Ability to see the potential in every scene and bring out the best in what may seem ordinary to others.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to work collaboratively with our dental team and clients, understanding their vision and requirements.

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and remain flexible with changing priorities.

• Physical Requirements: You should have the physical stamina and mobility needed for on-site shoots, which may involve standing for long periods, handling heavy equipment, and working in various locations.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a bonus, given our diverse client base.
