What you’ll do

VBU Sales Support and Activation Senior Specialist (Fixed Business) is charged with overseeing and managing activation requests and processes in fixed business operations, ensuring that operations are efficient and exceed internal and external customer satisfaction.


Vendor & Budget Management:

• Managing activation and order handling of vendor and tracking their performance and enforcing contract terms, managing budget effectively
• Optimizing existing vendor workforce and fulfilling order entries by meeting SLA's and ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to acknowledging orders
• Track performance of vendor in reports to ensure the corrective actions and developments

Relationship Management & Collaboration:

• Effectively communicating with sales team, other departments and plan management to keep everyone abreast of the status of the sales orders throughout the life cycle of the orders
• Be customer focused and detail-oriented and continuously improve order handling process

Who you are

• University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Technical Sales knowledge with Telecommunication Connectivity Services
• Technical Sales knowledge such as Cyber Security, Cloud and Managed Services
• Experience in Fixed Telecommunication Business
• No travel restrictions
• Military service completed (for male candidates)
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Financial awareness
• Analytical mindset
• Project management and business modelling skills
• Required to do continuous follow ups
