We are looking for a Sector IT Associate Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team in İstanbul. Directly report to Sector IT Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Engagement and Strategy:
    • Run Dev Sec Ops Agile team including members from contractors, consultants and TCS managed services to ensure Turkey IT Enablement Services portfolio are continuously available, secure and reliable and most importantly continually improved and optimized to meet the needs of our highly progressive business
    • Gathers and shapes new business demands into concrete IT solutions in line with Global IT strategy
    • Contribute to Digital Strategy and investment plans in terms of ideation, estimation, market search and business case preparation.


  • Project Delivery and Application Support:
    • Deliver projects for relevant applications for ST Enablement Services
    • Designs, plans & oversees the Dev Sec Ops Agile services to fulfill the business requirements in the domain of IT Enablement Services Defines and aligns expected technology or application service outcomes
    • Serves as an subject matter expert (SME) and acts as the company's internal and external liaison for ERP system and related applications in Enablement Services domain
    • Take responsibility for the delivery of new initiatives/projects, continuous improvements on existing solutions while actively contributing to the achievement of customer satisfaction and SLA/KPI targets.
    • Backfilling Application Sustain & Support in the scope of Enablement Services applications
  • Vendor Management:
    • Managing vendors/partners/OLA/SLA and handling agreement and purchasing activities
    • Oversee the workload and effectiveness of a specialized team of application support specialists, contractors, consultants, managed services and external vendors ensuring they are capable, motivated and actively engaged in their work Acts as an SME supporting vendor selection for new services
    • Supports maintainance of qualitative and quantitative vendor performance metrics, acts as an SME for selection of those metrics
  • Financial Management:
    • Manages baseline budget for related application services including vendor contracted budgets, managed service budgets, fixed/variable problem management budgets, software maintainance and support costs, consultancy and contractor costs
    • Conducting budget and cost management including AOP planning, forecasts, actuals/accruals, risk & opportunity and productivity targets.
  • Business Analysis and Process Improvement:
    • Ensure security compliance of all systems in Enablement Services domain, to regularly audit security controls and proactively implement preventative measures.
    • Manage security exemptions and remediation accordingly.
    • Coordinates improvements to IT services that support business processes based on performance
    • Escalate and route complex or unsolved problems to respective sector/global teams
    • Backfilling Application Sustain & Support in the scope of Enablement Services applications
  • Technology and Environment Management:
    • Provides technology or applications knowledge and support
    • Supports management and coordination of the environment
    • Ensure seamless transition to sustain activities for new apps/services in Enablement Services domain
    • Supports the build of new and temporary environments
    • Ensure the existing systems are running optimally and manage the application of relevant system patching and updating software and DB in Enablement Services domain as required
    • Ensure the ongoing development of the environment in line with defined application roadmaps and digital strategy.
Qualifications:
  • University degree and specialized training related to the position,
  • 1O+ years overall IT experience.
  • 8+ years experience within IT Finance, HR, Corporate Communications & Legal domains including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Tax & Treasury, Costing, Reporting, Finance Planning & Analysis, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Trade Promotion, Compliance, Collaboration tools etc.
  • 6+ ITIL / IT Service Management process areas (Incident Management,Problem Management, Change Management etc.)
  • 6+ years ITIL Foundations Certification or higher
  • 5+ Experience working in Agile / Dev Sec Ops organizations
  • 5+ Experience in working as Scrum Master/Project Manager
  • SAP Experience


Tech Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related field. Experienced with software development cycles (SDLC)
  • Experienced with application integrations (web services, DB link, SFTP etc.) and middleware environments
  • Strong functional competency in IT Finance, HR, Corporate Communications and Legal domains
  • Strong analytical, facilitation & problem-solving skills to enable the identification & proactive management of applications in Enablement services domain
  • Solid knowledge about the mission critical Oracle E-Business Suites (AR, AP, FA, Costing modules)
  • Experience with core master data, particularly Customer and Vendor master data
  • Solid understanding and usage of Agile Tools and techniques
  • Office 365 - Proficient with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power-point, Office, Outlook)
  • Experience with virtual team collaboration tools (Service Now, Yammer, Notes, Teams)

  • Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment across diverse groups, partners and time zones.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills to enable the identification & proactive management of Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Control issues
  • Process and compliance focus with strong attention to detail and understanding of IT controls requirements and controls environment
  • Ability to work efficiently against organization objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to compose notifications with concise business and technical details within a short period of time.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize amongst multiple ongoing initiatives.
  • Positive working attitude with a sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Strong meeting facilitation & presentation skills
  • Fluency in English & Turkish
