Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand customer base by cooperating with other representatives, building and maintaining relations with distributors, identifying new customer opportunities
• Support partners with evaluation of correct configurations for customer demands
• Maintain sales volume and selling price by monitoring discount structure, competition, supply and demand, changing trends and economic indicators
• Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies
• Perform instrument demonstrations
• Execute feasibility studies
• Prepare quotations and approve special discounts according to the regulation
• Ensure self-dependent customer- and project-oriented working, work plan and scheduling
• Support Innovation & Marketing at BUCHI at specific tasks

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• University degree
• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian – oral and written, Turkish knowledge is a plus
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in selling a technical product to industrial customers
• Declared sales personality with hands-on mentality
• Distinctive customer and sales-oriented thinking
• Well-developed communication and negotiating skills, closure confidence
• Self-dependent and self-disciplined, well-organized approach
• Identification with the BUCHI values and policy
