Key Responsibilities

• Control incoming invoices and expenses for the clients
• Handle all finance issues, including weekly payments, all types of bank issues, payroll processing, etc.
• Prepare monthly reporting and/or periodical financial status analyses for the clients
• Correspondence with the clients for daily finance subjects, provide finance consulting

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• University degree in a related field
• For Consultant level, at least three years’ experience in accounting, finance, international reporting is required. Fresh graduates with related university degrees and potential for these areas are welcome to apply and join our team as Jr. Consultants.
• Fluency in German is a must, English or French is a plus
• Proactive work attitude, strong communication and follow up skills
• Ability to analyze, handle and resolve recurring problems
• Conversant with MS Office applications
• Possess own transport to our office
