As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Region Manager” with the following skills and qualifications;
Your Role at Sephora:
Sustain the contribution of the responsible area to the overall vision of Sephora Turkey by leading the team, implementing various action plans and projects in a sustainable manner.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead the overall performance of the store manager under their supervision, and maximize store profitability, turnover, and service quality with necessary coaching and guidance.
- Ensure that the strategic priorities and vision of the central office are implemented as a priority in their stores and make their location a priority for testing projects.
- Manage the product mix and cost items to reach the store profitability targets and lead the store team in this direction.
- Follow up the preparation of all campaigns planned generally and specifically for the store. To check that the store is fully prepared in terms of product, layout, display, tester, label, and visuals before the campaign day.
- Use all checklists during store visits and take necessary actions with the store teams. Guide them align with KPI’s and P&L.
- Control the number of employees and expenses (general expenses, employee salaries, etc.) in their region.
- Monitor the reasons for the decrease in turnover and KPI and implement action plans.
- Tracks the trial period of store managers by performance and coordinates the trial period of their teams.
